We're a staffing agency. You tell us what you do and how far you'll travel, and a coordinator calls you about a real job with a real employer. We don't place work outside North and South Carolina, and we won't pretend otherwise to get your signup.
We place work across both states — Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Fayetteville, Wilmington, Asheville, Columbia, Greenville, Rock Hill — and in the smaller towns in between.
We hire you as an employee
You work for us. When a coordinator places you, we hire you as a W-2 employee: taxes come out of your check and we carry workers' compensation on you. You are not a contractor, and you are not on your own on a job site. It costs you nothing — the business pays us, never you. You are paid by the hour for the hours you work.
